Mediation Services

Together, we can resolve today’s conflict with tomorrow in mind.

About Mediation

Mediation gives separating couples the opportunity to resolve issues on their own terms without the expense, delay, and emotional stress of litigation. A mediator is a neutral party who facilitates structured discussions that are productive and helps both parties explore creative solutions that work for their family and individual circumstances.

Wokson Mediation Services is an alternative dispute resolution practice specializing in divorce and family law mediation, helping clients reduce conflict through structured, neutral conversations and practical solutions and resources that support their family and future.

Mediation is a confidential, collaborative process that is focused on communication, understanding, and practical decision-making. By using the mediation process, clients maintain greater control over the decisions that affect their lives. They have better outcomes and move forward with clarity. The goal is not just resolution, but building a foundation that supports your family now and into the future as you co-parent. Together, we can resolve today’s conflict with tomorrow in mind.

Mediator

I started my mediation practice with the goal of helping people communicate and work together to design customized solutions that fit their family's needs. My role as a mediator is to create a safe, structured space for difficult discussions and to support healthier communication and family dynamics during and after the divorce or separation process.

For the past decade, I have been part of leadership teams within the Child Family Services Administration and the Office of Inspector General for both the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Public Policy with a minor in Leadership from St. Catherine University and attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law to complete my coursework in Alternative Dispute Resolution. In August 2025, I was accepted to the Minnesota Supreme Court Roster as a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral.

If you are ready to make decisions for your family’s future, contact me today, and together, we can resolve today’s conflict with tomorrow in mind.
